My name is Rob Cousins and I am the Managing Director of Affinity Care Management, a Care Provider covering Nursing, Residential and Domiciliary Care in the South East.
Through my role in Care, I became aware of the need to provide high quality training to my Group whilst at the same time being mindful of budgetary pressures we are all under. About four years ago, my business partner and I got so frustrated with the poor standard of training my Homes were receiving that we set up our own training Company: Affinity Training . Our aim was to deliver superior, Face to Face training to our Homes and to provide our Managers with a “one stop training shop” to save them time and to ensure that the training, whatever the course, was consistent. Very quickly, our dynamic approach to training spread as our staff recommended us and we now deliver training around the UK.
More recently, I wanted to find an eLearning provider who could supply online training courses to meet our exacting standards.
