Many thanks for your Dementia Awareness course. I enjoyed doing it; I found it really informative and with lots of basic knowledge and ways to cope with dementia - I thought it was excellent. It took me just over two hours - and this was intense - I was actually quite brain tired at the end but that was only me to blame! I liked the graphics with the nurse at the side and it was very easy to use the programme - even those with very limited skills would be ok with this - many thanks for this

eLearning seemed quite daunting to me to begin with but it's a much easier way for me and my staff to keep training up to date. The frustration and expense of staff not attending training was the main reason I decided to try this option. So far all feedback has been positive and it's now preferred over the classroom style training. It saves me having to alter rotas and it gives the staff the freedom to learn at their own pace
